Ready-to-Wear
Unstitched fabric sets, ready sarees, and pre-crafted occasion wear.
Custom Blouse Stitching
Pattern cutting, princess/katori cuts, designer backs, and custom necklines.
Bridal & Maggam Work
Handcrafted Aari & Zardosi embroidery, pearl detailing, and heavy bridal blouses.
Shipping Policy
Pan-India Delivery:We partner with India's leading express couriers—including Blue Dart, DTDC, and Delhivery—to guarantee safe, timely arrival of your garments.
Shipping Charges: We provide Complimentary Free Shipping across India on all orders exceeding ₹5,000. For orders under ₹5,000, a standard flat fee of ₹150 is applied.
Direct WhatsApp Tracking: As soon as your order completes our final quality check and is handed over to the courier, we send your tracking link and AWB number directly to your WhatsApp.
Worldwide International Shipping: We cater to global clients across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, and Australia via DHL and FedEx International Express. International shipping costs are calculated by parcel weight and communicated transparently on WhatsApp.
Returns & Alterations Policy
1. Bespoke & Custom Stitched Garments
Because every blouse, lehenga, and Maggam creation is handcrafted specifically to your individual body measurements and design preferences, we do not accept monetary returns or refunds for custom stitched items.
We build 2-inch inside seam margins into every stitched blouse and garment. If the fit requires minor tightening or loosening, contact our team on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate free alteration or guide your local tailor with precision instructions.
2. Ready-to-Wear & Sarees (Transit Damage)
For unstitched fabrics or sarees, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or defective, please notify us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video. We will arrange a prompt replacement or store credit.
3. Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order details within 24 hours of confirming on WhatsApp. Once fabric cutting or manual Maggam tracing has commenced, cancellations cannot be accepted as materials and artisan hours are committed.
